BIOGRAPHY

Will is an associate attorney with Tiffany & Bosco.  Prior to joining our firm, Will served as an attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps.  He was Honorably Discharged in 2008 at the rank of Major.  During his time as an Army JAG, Will served in Iraq, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and the Republic of Korea.

Will has litigated 14 civil and criminal jury trials and over 100 bench trials.  He is the former President of the Pentagon Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.  During law school, Will was Managing Editor for the Tulane Law Review.

While in Iraq, Will served as the chief prosecutor for the 101st Airborne Division, and partnered with Iraqi judges and police to rebuild and reform the Iraqi criminal justice system.  Upon returning, he led eight high profile murder cases against soldiers who committed atrocities against Iraqi civilians, and obtained convictions in every case.  Will also served as a criminal defense attorney in the 82nd Airborne Division, where he obtained a record number of acquittals for his clients.  As a military appellate attorney, Will argued six cases before federal courts of appeal, to include winning a high profile death penalty case.  Will’s cases have been covered by international media outlets, have been the subject of multiple books on the Iraq war, and even formed the basis for the 2007 Brian De Palma film Redacted.

Will was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Badge for his service in Iraq.  He was also one of the very few military attorneys to ever successfully complete Pathfinder, Airborne, and Air Assault training.  In his free time, he enjoys running, weight training, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
