Biography

Krista J. Nielson primarily represents financial institutions and lien holders in the context of bankruptcy, real estate disputes, consumer protection litigation, and quiet title actions. Ms. Nielson regularly practices in state and federal courts throughout Nevada and is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and United States Supreme Court.
