Shane A. Ross is an associate attorney in the Land Use and Zoning practice group. Mr. Ross’ 13 years of experience as a real estate developer, land investor, and broker allows Mr. Ross a unique vantage point and ability to connect with his clients, while providing exceptional representation on a variety of zoning and land use entitlement actions.
Mr. Ross’ prior legal experience includes civil litigation, real estate, employment law, and family law. Mr. Ross received his B.S. from Purdue University, a M.S. from the University of Florida, and earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
An Arizona transplant of over 11 years, Mr. Ross calls Scottsdale home with his wife and two dogs. In his free time, you can find Mr. Ross hiking, playing golf, flying his drone, or in his backyard grilling steaks.
