Biography

Tom joined Tiffany & Bosco in August 2026 and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, business litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and general civil litigation.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the University of Arizona and later received his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

Before entering private practice, Tom served as a Law Clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals, where he clerked for the Honorable Michael J. Brown, the Honorable Jennifer B. Campbell, the Honorable David B. Gass, and the Honorable Jennifer M. Perkins. His appellate court experience provided him with valuable insight into judicial decision-making and the litigation process.

Outside of his legal practice, Tom enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and long-distance running. He is also an avid supporter of his hometown New York sports teams.
