Biography

J. Eric Rottinghaus joined the firm as an attorney in April 2024 when Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., acquired Reimer Law Co. Eric’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. A significant part of his work involves representing secured creditors in bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, and related litigation. Eric received his law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
