Biography

Jake is a member of the firm’s Mortgage Services Litigation Department, part of the Mortgage Services Practice Group. The Department handles all matters relating to mortgage services litigation issues, including, but not limited to, evictions, ejectments, consumer litigation, real property, and title issues. Jake represents the default services industry, and he litigates matters on behalf of creditors.
