Biography

Before joining Tiffany & Bosco in October 2018, Deborah A. Nesbitt was an associate attorney, and then later a managing partner, of a New Mexico law firm who represented creditors in residential mortgage foreclosures and related proceedings. Since 1998, Deborah has concentrated her practice in representing lenders in real estate foreclosure, eviction and related actions. Deborah worked for a title company after law school where she learned the ins and outs of title issues.
