William E. Lally heads up the Land Use and Zoning practice group. Mr. Lally has over 15 years of experience in local government and politics related to business and real estate matters. Mr. Lally has spent his entire legal career as a zoning attorney for some of the finest local firms representing clients in all aspects of entitlement and development law. Mr. Lally regularly represents property owners, developers, and home builders in zoning and land use entitlement actions in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding communities. His work includes pre-development due-diligence, administrative approvals and legislative actions.
His past experience includes work as a senior staff member to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and legislative aid to the Director of the Department of Administration, as well as work on many local and regional political campaigns. Mr. Lally received his Law Degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and his Undergraduate Degree in Political Science from Arizona State University.
