Biography

Andy Saag is the Co-Managing Shareholder responsible for Tiffany & Bosco’s Southeastern Financial Services Practice. Andy’s practice is focused on representing banks, mortgage servicing companies, municipalities, land banks, landlords, property management companies, property owners, and small businesses with a specialized focus in foreclosure, bankruptcy, title and real estate litigation, eviction and ejectment actions, real estate closings, title curative and remediation actions, and more. Andy has published numerous articles on mortgage banking and default servicing and regularly speaks on these issues and on regulatory and compliance issues, such as the CFPB and FDCPA, at conferences around the country. In addition, Andy frequently travels to conduct in-house trainings for his clients.
