Darryl E. Gormley is an attorney with over 25 years of experience primarily involving litigation. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Baldwin Wallace College, Darryl furthered his education at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he served as the executive editor of the Cleveland State Journal of Law and Health. He became a licensed attorney in Ohio in 1997 and in New York in 1999.
Darryl has built a robust career specializing in foreclosure, creditor’s rights, and insurance subrogation. He passionately represents lenders, insurance companies, and individuals, protecting their assets and collateral while defending claims against them. Throughout his career, Darryl has obtained judgments and settled hundreds of complex foreclosure cases and successfully managed dozens of appeals, including oral argument.
Outside of his professional life, Darryl is an avid Ohio State football fan. He enjoys spending his leisure time boating on Lake Erie with family and friends.
