Biography

Joshua J. Epling is an attorney with Tiffany & Bosco P.A., serving the firm as an Ohio Foreclosure Attorney. Josh is primarily focused on foreclosure, loss mitigagtion, bankrupcty, evictions, and title claim and curative litigation. Josh is results-oriented, with nearly 20 years of legal experience in the default servicing industry. He takes great pride in his ability to effectively communicate with clients, as well as his aggressive yet sound thinking approach to his file movement.

Licensed in Kentucky and Ohio, Josh has been practicing law since 2002. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, where he earned his J.D.; Josh also holds a B.B.A. from Marshall University.
