Michael Bosco has been practicing for over 45 years in the area of foreclosures, trustee sales, receiverships, real estate litigation, related financial services and probate administration in Arizona. After starting the financial services practice in the early 1970s with only one client, the practice grew to be the largest in Arizona by 1980. As one of the largest financial services practices in the nation, he represents over 40 top banks and mortgage lenders including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae as well as private mortgage insurance companies, and have contractual agreements with the VA and Fannie Mae to handle default services in Arizona and Nevada. Although Mike’s primary efforts are in default servicing, he heads the firm’s Probate Department and has been certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as a private fiduciary.
In May 2011 Mike celebrated 50 years in practice as a member of the Arizona State Bar Association and was awarded a “Special Award of Honor” by the AZ State Bar. He believes it is important to do quality work, and in treating all people fairly, regardless of their circumstance. He always puts forth the extra effort and resources to provide timely, high quality legal representation to his clients.
