Christopher J. Waznik is a shareholder in Tiffany & Bosco’s Phoenix office. Chris represents a broad range of clients in diverse industries, including the securities, financial, and real estate sectors. His experience includes all stages of complex commercial litigation, including initial case assessment, pleading, discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal.
Chris earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where he was a member of the Arizona State Law Journal. On the July 2015 Arizona State Bar Exam, he tied for the second highest score out of more than 600 applicants. After law school, Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable James A. Teilborg of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. After clerking for Judge Teilborg, Chris was an attorney at Tiffany & Bosco before returning to the courts to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Bridget S. Bade of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
