Biography
Crystal R. Davieau is a multijurisdictional litigator whose practice includes a wide range of civil litigation with a focus on real estate, mortgage, and title matters. She represents financial institutions in litigation actions including title disputes and related issues, as well as claims relating to unfair business practices, fair lending, loan servicing, and lender liability. Crystal’s prior practice experience includes bankruptcy, professional license defense, criminal defense, and community association matters.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Crystal earned her Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and third in her class. While in law school, Crystal served as the Vice Managing editor of the Phoenix Law Review and published her note, “Life in the Smoky Lane: An Evaluation of Environmental Tobacco Smoke and Smoking in Vehicles Containing Children.” Thereafter, Crystal earned her Master of Laws in Business Law from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
In her free time, Crystal enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her loved ones. She also values serving her community and has volunteered with local food banks and animal rescue organizations, as well as programs such as Wills for Heroes, Girls On the Run, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Reading is Fundamental.
