As a member of the Financial Services (Default Servicing) Department, LaWanda represents national, regional, and local mortgage lenders and servicers, and certain secured creditors, in consumer bankruptcy cases throughout the state. LaWanda provides clients with legal strategy pertaining to a debtor’s bankruptcy filing that is cost effective and time efficient.
