Biography

Kat represents the mortgage banking industry. She primarily defends mortgagees and servicers in all types of consumer fraud, predatory and statutory violation claims, including claims premised on the TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, and RESPA. Kat serves as the managing partner of the firm’s Pensacola office.
