Biography

Melodie Marie Lucero (she/they) joined Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. as an Associate in July 2025. Before joining T&B, Melodie practiced for 14 years as an associate attorney at several New Mexico firms who represented creditors in residential mortgage foreclosures and related proceedings. She also worked for a small litigation law firm handling a diverse set of cases and clients ranging from insurance defense for small businesses to general counsel work for homeowner associations. Currently, Melodie focuses on representing lenders in real estate foreclosure, eviction, foreclosure-related mediation, and related actions.
