Biography

Anne Barber dedicates her practice to complex commercial litigation including business disputes, financial litigation, securities and real estate litigation. Anne is a proud member of the Navajo Nation Indian community and the first in her family to become an attorney. Anne has an extensive and sophisticated litigation background with experience in diverse practice areas including insurance defense litigation, personal injury, employment, business litigation, and construction defect litigation.

Anne double-majored and received her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Arizona State University. Anne was awarded the Gates Millennium Scholarship for her time in undergraduate school. The full-ride scholarship is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and recognizes outstanding minority students who portray outstanding leadership and academic qualities.

Anne received her Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. An Arizona native, Anne returned to Phoenix after law school to begin her legal practice. Outside of the firm, Anne enjoys Pilates, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
