Biography

Malcolm focuses his practice on representing real estate companies, including buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, developers, and tenants advising them through all aspects of complex commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.

Malcolm’s practice also includes representing automobile dealers, providing support in their daily operations, licensing, business management, commercial disputes, and real estate, financing, and business transactions. As an active member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, Malcolm joins a nationwide network of legal professionals committed to representing automobile and other vehicle dealers.

As an Arizona native, Malcolm indulges in the bittersweet joy of cheering on the Phoenix Suns in his spare time, alongside playing classical piano, skydiving, and enjoying the exceptional golf the State has to offer.
