Biography

Malcolm Giles concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing companies and individuals in disputes involving intra-corporate governance, contract and real estate matters, restrictive covenants, and trade misappropriation.

Malcolm also represents automobile dealers in both regulatory compliance and litigation. He advises on licensing, real estate, business transactions, and business operations, and regularly counsels on the intricate framework of state and federal dealership regulations. When disputes arise, he represents dealers in matters involving manufacturers, licensing and territorial issues, and consumer claims. Malcolm leverages his compliance insight to help dealers mitigate risks before they arise, while using litigation as both a defense strategy and an opportunity to strengthen operations and compliance practices. As an active member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, Malcolm joins a nationwide network of attorneys dedicated to advancing the interests of vehicle dealers.

As an Arizona native, Malcolm enjoys cheering on the Phoenix Suns and taking advantage of the state’s exceptional golf. He also plays classical piano and guitar and counts skydiving among his favorite adrenaline pursuits.
