A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Ms. Koepke moved to the greater Phoenix area in 1984, calling it home since then other than her years attending law school at Pepperdine University. At Pepperdine she served on Pepperdine Law Review and graduated 8th in her class of 239. Ms. Koepke began her legal career in 1993 and since 1997, Penny has dedicated her practice to representing planned communities and condominium associations across the great state of Arizona. From assisting with contract disputes, enforcement of covenants, guiding clients through fair housing challenges, recovering unpaid assessments, trial work or providing of general advice and guidance, Ms. Koepke’s goal is to provide sound practical advice while keeping her clients’ best interests in mind. She has presented testimony at the state legislature, been a featured guest on radio shows and taught at industry wide events on topics pertinent to the community association industry. When not practicing law, Ms. Koepke can often be found reading a book, exercising or sometimes doing both at once.
