Biography

Mina O’Boyle’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate, including acquisitions, disposition, financing, leasing, and litigation. Mina advises real estate companies, borrowers, lenders, and developers on all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions. Mina also represents property owners, title insurance companies and their insureds, escrow agents, lenders, developers, brokers, real estate agents, and property managers in various stages of negotiations, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and administrative matters, including demand letters, complaints, answers, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, appellate briefs, and mediations.
