Brendyn’s role at Tiffany & Bosco has evolved from a general associate supporting attorneys across multiple practice areas to a focused practice in civil litigation and real estate matters. Early in his tenure, he gained broad experience in litigation, family law, corporate, and real estate matters, providing a strong foundation that informs his current practice.
Today, Brendyn concentrates on Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Real Estate Transactions, Real Estate Litigation, Business Litigation, and Forcible Entry and Detainer (Eviction) actions. He regularly assists clients with property disputes, landlord-tenant matters, business conflicts, and complex real estate transactions and litigation, bringing a practical and detail-oriented approach to client representation.
A native of Arizona, Brendyn earned his bachelor’s degree in Business as well as a minor degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University. He went on to become a double-devil and earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University a few years later.
Brendyn is dedicated to serving his community and has volunteered with organizations such as No Kid Hungry, St. Mary’s Food Bank, and Arizonans for Children. In his free time, Brendyn enjoys weightlifting, collecting sneakers, and drawing.
