Biography

Julio is based in the firm’s Florida office, where he represents national mortgage lenders in the areas of financial and real estate litigation, including foreclosures, title curative actions, contract disputes, bankruptcy, collateral recovery, workouts, and claims involving fraud, consumer finance, lender liability, TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA. Julio also represents corporations and individuals in real estate transactions, construction disputes, FLSA claims, corporate governance, collections, and insurance claims.
