Philip focuses on creditors’ rights law in Kentucky and West Virginia, where he and his team represent national, regional, and local mortgage banking lenders and servicers, municipalities, and property owners with a specialized focus in foreclosure, bankruptcy, title and real estate litigation, eviction, and title curative matters.
A native of central Kentucky, Philip earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky and obtained his Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
Beyond the office, Philip is a husband and father of two young children.
