Biography

Evan Schube represents clients in real estate, commercial, and general litigation matters. Evan’s commercial and real estate practice includes creditors’ rights litigation, real estate title and ownership disputes, and contract disputes. In addition, Evan has developed a related general litigation practice that includes representation of professionals, including real estate agents and officers and directors of companies.

Prior to attending law school, Evan worked with a local home builder and commercial real estate developer where he managed real estate projects from the entitlements stage through various phases of construction. Evan’s prior experience gives him a unique perspective on the issues his clients face. As a result, Evan strives to create and implement legal strategies and solutions designed to obtain effective results that allow his clients to focus on their business, not litigation.

Evan is married with three children. When he is not attending his daughters’ dance competitions or son’s soccer games, you might find Evan cycling or trying to sneak in some golf.
