Alisa Gray is a shareholder at Tiffany & Bosco who concentrates her practice on probate and trust litigation, estate administration, elder law and mediation. She is a judge pro tem with the Maricopa County Superior Court and routinely conducts settlement conferences for the court. After practicing in this area for almost 20 years, Alisa has handled hundreds of probate and trust disputes, as well as guardianship and conservatorship matters. She has litigated to successful conclusion over 50 matters involving fiduciary surety bonds. She is frequently engaged to handle complex probate litigation matters, including will and trust contests, claims of breach of fiduciary duty and recovery for financial exploitation of vulnerable adults. She is also retained to assist in complicated class action matters involving minors or deceased claimants, and to serve as guardian ad litem or dispute resolution master in complex cases.
