Biography

Kiara Sims practices primarily in real estate transactions, commercial financing, and business transactions. Kiara advises clients across the real estate and commercial finance sectors, including borrowers, lenders, developers, and property owners. Her practice spans acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing transactions. She also handles construction loans, including affordable housing projects with LIHTC, and provides strategic counsel on corporate and business matters.

Before joining Tiffany & Bosco, Kiara earned her J.D. from Arizona State University. While in law school, Kiara served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Corporate and Business Law Journal, clerked at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. for two terms, and externed at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Prior to law school, Kiara completed tax rotations at KPMG and BDO, specializing in Partnership and Corporate Taxation.

In addition to serving her clients, Kiara is a longstanding member of the Pilgrim Rest Pro Bono Clinic with the Arizona Black Bar.
