Biography

Kyle Swartz is licensed to practice in Arizona and Washington. Kyle’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and financing, commercial leasing, business formations. Kyle represents clients in connection with acquisitions, disposition, debt and equity financing, joint venture formation and structuring for multi-family, senior housing, commercial, and industrial properties. Kyle also represents commercial lenders in construction financing, including affordable projects with LIHTC.
