Tiffany & Bosco expands mortgage and financial services practices into Ohio, Kentucky & West Virginia

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is pleased to announce the expansion of its national mortgage and financial services practices through the acquisition of the Reimer Law firm. Effective April 1, 2025, this expansion welcomed Michael Arnovitz, Richard Nielson, and additional mortgage and financial services attorneys and staff to the Tiffany & Bosco team.

Tiffany & Bosco’s innovative technology and top-tier compliance practices complement Reimer Law’s specialized knowledge and experience, which allows for a smooth transition between the firms. The shareholders and leadership teams of both firms agree this strategic decision will benefit all.

Tiffany & Bosco will continue operating from the former Reimer Law offices in Solon, Ohio and Ft. Wright, Kentucky. Originally founded in Arizona in 1967, Tiffany & Bosco is a full-service law firm with a strong national presence. With this expansion, the firm now provides financial services and mortgage-related legal representation in Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Kentucky, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, and West Virginia.


Meet our Newest Attorneys

Tiffany & Bosco is honored to welcome the following attorneys who joined the firm through its acquisition of Reimer Law, which was completed in April 2025. With the acquisition, the firm has expanded into Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.


MICHAEL S. ARNOVITZ is managing the Financial Services Central Division with Richard Nielson. He has extensive experience handling bankruptcy matters, residential foreclosures, commercial litigation, real estate, and corporate and probate matters. Mike earned his Juris Doctor in 1985 from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University, where he also completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the USFN, ALFN, Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Additionally, he was a past board member of the USFN, and chaired its Bankruptcy Section. He has been a frequent speaker at legal seminars and events and authored multiple articles on bankruptcy law and creditors’ rights. Mike lives in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio with his wife Denyse and is a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan.


DONALD BRETT BRYSON entered the field of law in 2017, operating a solo practice focused on real estate transactions, title matters, evictions, debtor defense, short term rentals, land use, and zoning. Brett brings with him over 20 years of prior career experience in real estate-related professions, including title, escrow, and residential and commercial mortgage lending. He approaches life’s challenges, including the practice of law, with gratitude, optimism, a healthy sense of humor, and a genuine desire to serve. Now that Brett’s children are all adults, he sometimes finds time to play the guitar, read a good book, bang on the drums, and most importantly, enjoy his family, which now includes grandchildren.


CALLIE J. CHANNELL joined Reimer Law in 2009 as a litigation law clerk and stayed on as an attorney from 2012-2018. She formerly practiced in the foreclosure area and managed the firm’s Loss Mitigation, Deeds-in-Lieu, Lit-Contested, and Payoffs/Reinstatements departments. During her few years away from Reimer Law, she continued her real estate practice in a boutique HOA/Condo law firm and went on to become the Deputy Law Director for a mid-sized City in Ohio. Callie returned to Reimer Law in 2022 to lead the firm’s multifaceted Compliance efforts, practicing out of the Solon, Ohio office. She earned her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law and her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Akron. Her article entitled, “Servicers must plead condominium advances to recover dues in Ohio foreclosures,” was recently published as the featured article in the May 7, 2025, edition of the USFNews. When she is not at work, one can catch her singing in a band somewhere in Northeast Ohio.


EVANA CAROLYN DELON focuses on collections and litigation. She is well versed in dealing with the Truth-In-Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Retail Installment Sales Act, and other issues involving debt collection. In addition, her accounting background provides a solid foundation in fundamental accounting, including financial statement preparation and analysis, internal controls, and business processes. She received her law degree from Cleveland State University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Ohio Northern University. Outside of the office, Carolyn enjoys skiing, tennis, and any activity in which her children are currently participating.


PHILIP S. GEORGE, III joined the firm in April 2025 as a Shareholder. Philip brings 14 years of creditors’ rights law experience where he and his team represent national, regional, and local mortgage banking lenders and servicers, municipalities, and property owners with a specialized focus in foreclosure, bankruptcy, title and real estate litigation, eviction, and title curative matters in Kentucky and West Virginia. A native of central Kentucky, Philip earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky and obtained his Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Chasing after his two young children is Philip’s primary hobby, but he occasionally finds time to work on his backgammon game, hit the gym, and grab a bite with his wife at one of their favorite neighborhood spots.


RICHARD J. LACIVITA began his legal career in 2000 practicing in the areas of creditor’s rights law and general business litigation in Columbus, Ohio. Subsequently, Richard moved to the Cleveland area where he represented mortgage lenders in foreclosure proceedings for 14 years. He now represents national mortgage lenders in the area of bankruptcy law. Richard has spoken about bankruptcy issues at numerous conferences and seminars for the USFN, ALFN, MDSA and the Ohio Land Title Association. He has also written articles for the USFN and ALFN on bankruptcy topics. Richard will continue his role as Managing Bankruptcy Attorney for the firm’s Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia offices. Outside of the office, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys supporting the Cleveland sports teams and the OSU Buckeyes.


RICHARD M. NIELSON is the Managing Shareholder of the Financial Services Central Division. He founded the firm of Nielson & Sherry, PSC in 1994, which merged with Reimer Law in 2017. His practice concentrates primarily on real estate, mortgage servicing, and business management and transaction issues, with a recent focus on cyber security and regulatory compliance issues impacting mortgage servicing and law firms. He has achieved the highest rating of “AV Preeminent” via Martindale-Hubbell peer reviews. Rich received his Juris Doctor in 1993 from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He is a current Board Member of the USFN, serves on its Finance Committee, and is chairperson of its Membership Committee. Rich is an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and resides in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife Elisa and their two golden doodles. Rich has three adult children (Jay, Cecilia, and Eric).


DENNIS M. OSTROWSKI has concentrated his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, replevin, and creditors’ rights since 1997. Dennis received his B.S. from the United States Military Academy in 1982. He received his M.B.A. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1988 and was awarded his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1994. He received his M.S.S. from the United States Army War College in 2006. Dennis has been a presenter on bankruptcy and creditor’s rights at various continuing legal education seminars. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. Dennis is a retired Army Reserve Colonel with over 30 years of service to the country.


ABIGAIL R. REDLICH joined the firm in April 2025 as an Associate. Her work primarily focuses on financial services, foreclosures, and civil litigation. Abby is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in May 2024 and was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in November 2024. In her spare time, Abby loves attending musicals, taking painting classes, gardening, and anything that allows her to express her creative side.


J. ERIC ROTTINGHAUS focuses his practice on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. A significant part of his work involves representing secured creditors in bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, and related litigation. Eric received his law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.


MICHAEL L. WIERY manages the Litigation department of the firm’s central office. His practice is primarily focused on foreclosure, title, eviction, REO property litigation, code violation defense, and regulatory compliance issues, which includes handling trials and appeals in state and federal courts on behalf of consumer and commercial financial industry clients. Residing in Cleveland, Mike is originally from the Youngstown, Ohio area and is a graduate of Youngstown State University. He attended Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Mike also is a frequent lecturer at state and national seminars for lender clients, title companies, and realtors on consumer financial and regulatory litigation. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served in the Tactical Air Command at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.
