ELLIOT C. STRATTON was promoted to Shareholder in November 2024. Elliot brings a powerful combination of litigation skill and business insight to the firm, representing clients in complex real estate and contract disputes, including intra-corporate disputes, restrictive covenants, Fifth Amendment taking claims, landlord-tenant disputes, and business torts matters. His dual background in law and business enables him to deliver strategic, results-driven advocacy with a clear focus on practical outcomes. Elliot earned his J.D. with a specialization in Business and Transactional Law and his MBA from Southern Illinois University, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Law from Arizona State University.
