Biography
Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Jillian helps guide businesses and their owners with venture entity formation, owner agreements, the sale and purchases of businesses/mergers and acquisitions, succession and exit planning strategies, and general business planning.
Jillian received her law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, Jillian served as the Managing Editor of the Arizona State Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and published her note: “Authors vs. Audible: A Fight For Their Rights.” Jillian also participated in the Innovation Advancement Clinic assisting small businesses with the legal complexities faced in early-stage ventures, and was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar. Jillian is proud to have volunteered over 415 hours to pro bono work during law school.
Prior to law school, Jillian received degrees in business management and global politics from Arizona State University and is a graduate of its Barrett Honors College.
