William McDonald III Joins Tiffany & Bosco’s San Diego Office

Tiffany & Bosco is pleased to announce that William F. McDonald III has joined the firm’s San Diego Office. William’s practice is concentrated in bankruptcy matters and creditors’ rights litigation. He also represents property owners and financial institutions in foreclosure and unlawful detainer proceedings.

William earned his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Washington, JD from the University of Oregon and his Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University. He is admitted to practice in California and Oregon. William participates in the legal and business community as a member of the bankruptcy section of the San Diego County Bar Association as well as the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum and Orange County Orange County Bankruptcy Forum.
