RPZ elected President of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum

Robert Zahradka was recently elected as President of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum.  The San Diego Bankruptcy Forum is a non-profit organization consisting of approximately 130 members with the purpose of providing educational support, a structure for communication between the bench and bar and networking between the members, thereby providing better service to the public.  Robert’s practice primarily focuses on representing the rights of creditors in real estate, bankruptcy, civil and commercial litigation, forcible entry and detainer/eviction, and foreclosure/trustee sales areas.
