On Friday, October 15th, Emily Fann was admitted to the Texas State Bar. Emily is now a licensed lawyer in Arizona and Texas. Having gone to undergrad in Dallas, she has always felt a strong connection to the state. Then, as a commercial real estate lawyer, many of her clients expressed interest about investing in the Texas market. It seemed meant to be!
