Rosary Hernandez, will be presenting at the National Association of Women in Construction

Tiffany & Bosco Shareholder, Rosary Hernandez, will be presenting at the National Association of Women in Construction (“NAWIC”) in Chicago on April 26, 2019.  NAWIC is a national organization dedicated to enhancing the success of women in the construction industry.

Rosary will present with Attorney Danielle Waltz, of Jackson Kelly in West Virginia, on contract formation and lawsuit awareness.  The women will address risk management and strategies for contractual risk transfer.   The two will highlight East Coast and West Coast perspectives and legal challenges relevant to construction on both coasts.
