May Lu has been appointed one of the Vice-Chairs of the Middle Market and Small Business Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section (“MMSB”).  MMSB’s mission is to serve corporate and transactional lawyers who counsel small and mid-sized enterprises controlled by families, entrepreneurs, and private equity groups or venture capital firms.  Her 3-year term as Co-Vice-Chair will begin in September 2020.
