Lance Broberg was asked to sit on a panel entitled “Creative Solutions to Civil Cases” at the 2021 Arizona Judicial Conference.  Shortly after the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic Lance was asked to serve on a Civil Task Force focused on innovation to explore and implement new administrative orders and options for stakeholders (attorneys, parties, and the public) seeking to resolve their cases.  Among other things, the task force developed a certified arbitration program, a fair limits proceeding, and was the first in the country to simulate in person and then virtual mock jury trials to explore how cases could be resolved now and in the future.
