On February 6, 2018, Jim O’Sullivan and May Lu spoke to law students at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University regarding owner agreements and a day in the life of business transaction attorneys.

May Lu was one of four panelists speaking to members of the Corporate and Business Law Society at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University on February 15, 2018 regarding the panelists’ experiences practicing business and corporate law.
