Are investors back? As the economy begins its slow recover, many businesses are dusting off their plans to raise capital. The capital markets have been virtually frozen for 20 months. Anecdotally, there is a lot of money sitting on the sidelines, but people are afraid to get back in the game. Still, as investors regain confidence, money should begin to flow again.
