David L. Case awarded the Eleanor ter Horst Distinguished Service Award for 2015 by The State Bar of Arizona

The Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Arizona awarded David L. Case the Eleanor ter Horst Distinguished Service Award for 2014-2015, which is awarded to an attorney who has demonstrated superior knowledge of the law of probate and trusts and the willingness to share his knowledge with the bar, the bench and the public.  David is a shareholder at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. with 40 years of experience in tax planning, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business transactions.  David is a regularly listed in Best Lawyers in America, Southwest Super Lawyers, and Arizona’s Finest Lawyers, and is a Fellow of the prominent American College of Trust & Estate Counsel.  David was also involved in the finalizing and passing of the new Arizona Trust Code.
