Amy Sells’s practice is concentrated in general commercial litigation with an emphasis in real estate, business, and contract litigation. She also represents creditors in complex commercial bankruptcy matters in Chapter 7 and 11 proceedings. Amy’s litigation experience led her to develop a passion for appellate practice, and she has handled federal and state appeals concerning a range of issues, including commercial law, bankruptcy, real estate, family law, workers’ compensation, and probate matters.
Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, Amy worked at a preeminent national firm, where she developed extensive creditor’s rights experience, representing secured and unsecured creditors, using pre-judgment and post-judgment creditors’ remedies in state and federal court, including receiverships, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures of real property liens and related security interests to protect and recover collateral and to collect indebtedness, as well as enforcing landlords’ rights against their tenants, including eviction actions and lock-outs.
