Jim O’Sullivan has received the 2013 State Bar of Arizona Continuing Education Award. This award is given each year at the State Bar Convention to one attorney determined to have made outstanding contributions to the State Bar’s Continuing Education Program. Jim is a Shareholder of our firm and serves as Chair of the firm’s Business Solutions and Merger & Acquisitions Practices.
