Kurt Jones joined Tiffany & Bosco in January of 2013 as a Senior Planner in support of the Real Estate and Zoning Practice Group. Mr. Jones has fourteen years of public sector planning experience and draws on his expertise to effectively process entitlement projects through the various county, city and town planning processes. Since 2005, Mr. Jones has been providing complete “cradle to grave” entitlement and development services for his clients. Mr. Jones provides project management of all sub-consultants related to design and development approval processes including, site planning, subdivision platting, civil improvement plans, landscape design, transportation, archeology, drainage, utilities and permitting. In addition, Mr. Jones is experienced in public outreach and stakeholder communication with interested parties, surrounding property owners, and appointed and elected officials. Other specialties include due diligence, marketing and presentation creation, development schedules, and public presentation skills to stakeholders, neighborhood associations, multiple decision boards, commissions and councils.
From complex general plan amendments and zoning entitlements for larger master planned communities to small use permits and administrative approvals, Mr. Jones has successfully guided clients through all types of government permitting processes. With his demonstrated and exceptional customer service skills, he has maintained a consistent client base that continues to utilize his knowledge and expertise of county and municipal permitting processes.
