Biography

Benjamin Bednarek focuses his practice on business divorce & dispute, intra-corporate dispute and director, officer and manager liability issues.

Before joining Tiffany & Bosco, Benjamin was an associate at a national firm and focused on commercial litigation and employment matters. He received his J.D. from The James E. Rogers College of Law at The University of Arizona. During law school, Benjamin served as a constitutional law fellow and an articles editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative law. He also played football at his undergrad alma mater, Concordia University Wisconsin, where he earned all-conference honors as a 3-year starter at center.

Benjamin is a long-time Chicago Bears fan. He also enjoys weightlifting, playing the guitar, and spending time with his dachshunds.
