Kaup was appointed as a member of the Publications Board and a member of the Bankruptcy Committee of the General Practice, Solo and Small Firm division in the American Bar Association.

Mr. Kaup’s practice is focused on the representation of creditors and debtors in complex commercial bankruptcy matters, creditors rights, commercial litigation and general corporate and commercial transactions.
