The Women’s Lawyers Forum at Tiffany & Bosco provides a leadership and support network among the firm’s women lawyers. We promote professional dialogue among members to identify and implement strategies and essential resources for ongoing career development and advancement opportunities. Our efforts include purposeful mentorship for each member’s professional and personal growth by exploring cross-marketing for internal and external business opportunities as well as facilitating connections in external legal and other professional communities.
Each month, the firm provides a forum where attorneys meet together to have an informal group discussion on various topics including business development, marketing, ethics, professional conduct, trial practice development, client interaction, and more. The meeting also includes a time for an “Attorney Spotlight,” which allows one of the firm’s attorneys to give a short presentation about his or her practice. The Peer Resource Group facilitates mentorship of younger attorneys so that they can successfully navigate the complexity of the legal practice.
Tiffany & Bosco provides a robust in-house continuing legal education program for its attorneys. Typically offered on a monthly basis, firm-sponsored CLE presentations provide attorneys between an hour and an hour-and-a-half of CLE credit on a variety of useful topics. Attorneys are also encouraged to develop CLE presentations and to refine those presentations by presenting first to their Tiffany & Bosco peers. This gives attorneys the opportunity to receive valuable feedback before the attorney presents to the broader legal community. Outside speakers on a variety of subjects round out these offerings. Tiffany & Bosco’s CLE program allows our attorneys to receive most of their annual hours, including ethics, conveniently and at no charge.
