Rich LaCivita began his legal career in 2000 practicing in the areas of creditor’s rights law and general business litigation in Columbus, Ohio. Subsequently, he moved to the Cleveland area for a position representing mortgage lenders in foreclosure proceedings, which he did for fourteen years total. Rich now represents national mortgage lenders in the area of bankruptcy law. He has spoken about bankruptcy issues at numerous conferences and seminars for the USFN, ALFN, MDSA and the Ohio Land Title Association. Rich has also written articles for the USFN and ALFN on bankruptcy topics.
Outside of the office, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys supporting the Cleveland sports teams and the OSU Buckeyes.
