Biography

Regina A. Habermas primarily represents lenders and loan servicers in bankruptcy cases and real property litigation. Since 2010, Ms. Habermas has focused her practice in the area of financial services litigation and has represented clients in courts throughout the state of Nevada. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Habermas enjoyed a successful career in administration and records management in the power division of Bechtel Corporation, a world-wide leader in the engineering and construction industry.
