Biography

Ray Banker joined Tiffany & Bosco in June of 2022 as a Planner in support of the Land Use and Zoning Practice Group. Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, Mr. Banker was previously a Senior Planner with the Maricopa County Planning & Development Department and served as a Planner for over 9 years with the County. Mr. Banker has over 12 years of public experience including Maricopa County, City of Tempe, and Arizona Department of Commerce. He has worked on complex land use and zoning entitlement proposals, site planning, subdivision platting, master planned communities, variances, public board and commission hearings, community outreach/public participation, due diligence, case/project management, among others. Mr. Banker received his undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Urban Planning from Arizona State University.
