Biography

Nicholas Beatty practices civil, commercial, and real estate litigation. Nicholas received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, Nicholas served as an editor on the Corporate and Business Law Journal and competed on a traveling moot court team. He also received the highest grade in ASU Law’s transactional law clinic, providing legal services to local entrepreneurs.

Before joining Tiffany & Bosco, Nicholas interned at the Office of the Arizona Solicitor General, Governor Doug Ducey’s Office of General Counsel, and a national law firm specializing in civil rights litigation. After law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jennifer M. Perkins of the Arizona Court of Appeals.

Nicholas is an avid college football fan. He also enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and exploring the spiciest food Arizona has to offer.
